Have you used your benefits, preventive care services and rewards? Don’t let your benefits and rewards go to waste. Here’s a list of some of your benefits and rewards. Check and see if you’re taking advantage of your Clover offerings.

 

• Over-The-Counter (OTC) Allowance –

You get $120 to $300 per year (depending on your plan) to help you pay for OTC items like bandaids, vitamins and allergy medications. Your allowance can be used at many retail stores, online, or by phone.

• Dental –

Regular dental visits are key to your overall health and well-being. They help your dentist to find dental problems early when they’re easier to fix. This can help you avoid additional treatments and save you money. These are some of the routine preventive dental services that are covered at low costs to you: cleanings, oral exams, X-rays, and fluoride treatments.

• Vision –

Your eyesight is important: we want you to have the best sight possible. Getting an eye exam can help protect your vision and provide early detection of developing eye diseases like cataracts and glaucoma. As a Clover Health member, you receive an allowance for one pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses per year. We also partner with EyeQuest to cover one routine eye exam.

• Annual Wellness Visit –

Medicare covers a yearly appointment with your doctor to create or update a personalized prevention plan. During the visit, your doctor will review your health, check your medications, and suggest screenings and shots you may need. This visit helps you stay on top of your health, manage any chronic conditions, and make a plan for being as healthy as possible now and in the future. Talk to your doctor’s office to set one up.

• $0 Copay Wellness Benefits –

Your Clover Medicare Advantage plan includes the following services at no additional cost: flu shots, hepatitis B, pneumococcal, shingles, and COVID vaccines; breast and colon cancer screenings; bone density scans; and diabetes management.

• LiveHealthy Rewards –

You can earn up to $400 in reward dollars. You have the flexibility to use reward dollars to purchase groceries and many other items!*
